DECORATION The first St. Regis was founded in New York in 1904, since then it has transmitted its legacy and tradition of luxury hotels St.Regis worldwide. The St. Regis Mexico City has been created to provide a exceptional service for upscale clients. Designed by the famous architect Cesar Pelli and decorated by the Yabu Pushelberg-Canadian company, all the furniture and items-decoration have been made especially for The St. Regis Mexico City. From paintings and sculptures by Gabriel Macotela, hexagonal bronze screens wrought ironwork, the carpets made by artisans in Nepal, Thailand and India, the murals designed by Moss & Lam tracing the outline of a Japanese flower petals of a flower, English sycamore floors, ceramics, textiles, lighting of our event rooms via fiber optic designed by the British company Lighting Sharon Marston, endless of details make our hotel a great work of art. CONSERVATION OF OUR FACILITIES For the preservation of our facilities and to ensure success events of The St. Regis Mexico City invites you to consider the following guidelines when planning your event: * The entry of suppliers and equipment is the reception area Merchandise which is located in the rear of the hotel (Rio Atoyac witouth number almost esq. Mississippi). * The material production should not exceed the size of our elevators: (Width: 1.3 m. - Height: 2.6 m. - Depth 2.45 mts.). * Within the premises it is prohibited hanging, nailing, painting, in all our roofs, walls, windows and ironwork. * For the safety of our facilities, our residents and customers hotel have different fire systems. By this it is strictly prohibited the use of fire or smoke in any genres. * For hygiene and sanitation reasons it is forbidden bring rocessed food into the hotel, or take some out of the hotel. * It is important to inform the customer that the hotel has divisible rooms and shared areas. Should you require total privacy in the events it is recommended to rent the total area and lounge to ensure the exclusivity of your event.
